and fitness. Every member of the Precision Fitness team is educated
and nationally certified, and highly experienced in their field of
expertise. Our state of the art facilities provide an exclusive

Q. How do I get started?
A. All Precision Fitness training programs start
with a pre-training consultation and physical evaluation. During
this comprehensive session we take a detailed look at your health
history, lifestyle and nutrition habits, as well as your current
level of fitness. Physical assessments include but are not limited
to body composition measurements, postural analysis, movement
pattern and flexibility analysis, core strength and stability tests.
Additional tests may be performed depending on specific goals or
needs (i.e. cardio-vascular fitness, speed and agility, strength and
power).

need a pre-training evaluation?
A. The goal of Precision Fitness is to guide our
clients to not only their immediate goals, but to their full
physical potential and optimal wellness ( read about our philosophy

us identify obstacles that are standing the way. With the data
obtained in the eval we can set measurable and attainable goals and
develop a truly individualized program that will safely and
efficiently get you to your goals.
Q. How often will I meet with my trainers?
A. This is usually determined following your
pre-training evaluation. Generally speaking, the more often you can
work with your trainer the quicker you will progress. Typically our
clients meet with their trainer at least two to three times a week.
However your schedule may vary based on your individual needs,
goals, current fitness level, time availability and budget.
Q. Can I continue working out on my own in
addition to personal training?
A. We encourage making fitness a part of your
daily routine and often prescribe cardio workouts and stretching
routines for the days you're not with your trainer. Many of our
clients maintain outside health club memberships and enjoy partaking
in group classes on off days. It is important to note that
everybody's program is completely individualized and depending on
your program certain activities may be counter productive, please
ask your trainer for recommendations for off day workouts.
